I have really enjoyed the Davis cup. He can behave like a stroppy moody teenager but anyone who is a true sports fan can't fail but admire Murray's physical effort and competitive nature. Upmost respect for him.
Poirot. Herge,................nope, no more,
Your boys took one hell of a beating.
It was a shame Karl Edmund could not have hung on to his two set lead on Friday
Glad it didn't come down to him in the 5 th rubber. It was a shame Karl Edmund could not have hung on to his two set lead on Friday

Belgium would have had huge momentum and the crowd so like you glad Andy finished it off.Jean Claude Van Damme.......
I never liked Murray but he's some tennis player and has won The Davis cup more or less single handed this weekend. Fair play to him, he's become a big match player and was superb in his three matches.
Who'd have thought a few years ago we'd have a men's Wimbledon champion and won The Davis Cup?
Can't believe they are suggesting Leon Smith gets Coach of the year
Team Plan
Get Andy Murray on court
Not great coaching skills
As a panelist on Fighting Talk said yesterday, "if we win the Davis Cup this weekend it will be one of the greatest British achievements of recent years and proof that the system is working... by system I mean Judy Murray's womb which has produced more British champions than the LTA has managed in the last 75 years."
Plastic Bertrand
Vincent Kompany
Nico Claessen
From the BBC
"The 28-year-old joins John McEnroe and Mats Wilander as the only men to have an 8-0 singles record in a Davis Cup year, and with the doubles he is only the fourth man to win 11 rubbers in a single year.
"Murray also matches his contemporaries in winning one of the sport's biggest prizes, having won more points along the way than Novak Djokovic (seven points in Serbia's 2010 win), Roger Federer (seven points in Switzerland's 2014 win), and Rafael Nadal (six points in Spain's 2011 win)."
Immense.

Top marks to Andy Murray for travelling to support the rest of the squad in Belgrade today, even though he's not playing![]()
1-0 to GB too.![]()
