I really understand & feel sorry for anyone suffering from depression. It does take alot to come out and admit you are struggling, there is only so much 'acting' like everything is normal one can do. You feel a failure, useless, why bother, but the main thing is to tell someone. Do not keep it in, things will only become worse. The thoughts become worse and harder and harder to deal with. Please, if anyone is suffering there are people out there who will listen, talking really does help. You are not alone.
If you need advice please feel free to PM me.

Dean has always been good valuie for money at Griffin Park. I seem to remember him bearing his arse to the Paddock after receiving treatment in front of the Paddock. Greenholme Bee declared his love for him that day!
I wish him the best of luck.l
It was the game against Barnsley in 2006. I think his shorts had ripped and he had to change them.He responded to the hoots of derision by bending down and showing his arse. The paddock roared it's approval at that and Deano gave a great smile and wave. A real character.... hope he gets well soon.

Perhaps the club could offer him a job working with our strikers, even if only part time. Would give Dean some purpose in life, and you never know his experience could be an invaluable boost for Clayton, Gary and Mike.
Causing a stir on Twitter as he can't tell the difference between a tweet and a direct message...
a stir? I am sure that's Lawrence number.. they played together at Bradford... looks like a bit of fun..
