We won five of our following six league games after the sale of DJ, one of which, saw us put 5 past Walsall.

The sale of DJ did not cost us promotion, conceeding last minute equalisers was and playing (P)Ricky Newman despite the fact he was double sh*te on a rope with bells on.

Would have been better for DJ and us if we had waited til the end of season to sell him! He would have come to a better club with time to let him gently fit in , we would have (probably) got more money for him and we would almost certainly got promoted and kept some of our best players for a season in the Championship + signed a few and allen would probably have stayed!
But no point in crying over spilt milk we are in L2 and lets just cross our fingers and hope for a play off place!
