Doing the 92!

Hearts fan from the south of Scotland here in peace✋Probably a very long shot but if you don't ask then you won't get?!since the start of this covid crap my unofficial membership of the 92 club has slipped down to 89!with spurs on the radar for their game v rennes on the 9th december it would be a proper bonus to take in the brentford v watford game in the same trip.just on my jack jones so just 1 ticket needed.back up plan is west Essex v Clapton. Bit of luck 2 non league games on Saturday before overnight bus to Edinburgh and the hearts v gers game on the Sunday. All the best ?

And how long have you been a Watford fan for?
I have known 1874jambo for over 25 years, at least 2 others on here will know him from Scotland games. On his last visit to griffin park many years ago, some may have seen him in the griffin wearing a hearts strip

Every 92er is trying to get tickets.....

I’d have thought the best and least annoying way for 92ers to see BCS would be to wait for next season’s Carabao or maybe FA Cup R3 if we get a L2 team at home. Sold out local derby in the PL is not likely to be a goer.

Probably . But if they are 400 miles from home already maybe they don’t see it that way !!

Worth a try I guess, particularly if last experience was of us in 99 when tickets not really at a premium!

I bet there will be seats unoccupied.

As a Bees fan you sound like the ideal person to help him uncover a spare ticket then.
I would love to help someone else that likes travelling around different grounds but I'm sure you can appreciate why people are keen to help other Bees fans first of all whilst demand is so high. Hope you can get sorted though.

Well I'm sure everyone enjoyed that result last night!lovely new build stadium squeezed into the space that was available and makes a change from the usual bowls.game didn't feel like a "derby" though.atmosphere was subdued before watford scored and dead after it from my seat in the east stand.there was a better atmosphere at the friendly v palace I was at in Griffin park.maybe it's the 1st season effect where it takes a while for people to get used to their new surroundings. Thought this was the hottest ticket in town yet I felt as if there was still covid restrictions in place with 2 seats to my left and 1 to my right not taken up.anyway I hope you stay up this season and I would come back again so experience couldn't have been that bad!

Pleased you enjoyed your experience.

Hottest ticket it may of been, but through illness and the cold I went on my own so 3 empty seats to my left which would have been occupied by the wife and kids.
To my right there was a row of 9 empty seats.
One occupied by Mr Stink, my kids named him, who went for a pee on 35 minutes v Everton and has not been seen since.
It is what it is at the moment though.
Taking one day at a time, followed by one game at a time, but I fear many people will start to think twice about sitting in stadiums with thousands of people again.
