That only applies if it's a "Clear, Deliberate and Impactful" attempt to delay the restart, which this is not. If you're clutching at straws "lack of respect for the game" but it's just a bit of banter IMO.

Not saying the Luton card was correct by any stretch (not that I personally saw it as I was in action elsewhere)
