Effin' pidgeons!!!

I was one of the fortunate ones on the paddock yesterday who avoided getting shat on by a pidgeon.

The two people next to me weren't so lucky and some poor old bloke copped a load on the side of his head as well! rofl

Quite funny at the time but can the club do anything about it? Some netting should do the trick or failing that, how about some dummy owls to scare the flying vermin away? (apparently it works quite well?)

Effin' pidgeons!!!

They got me against Doncaster, there first effort landed with a splat right infront of Womble, their second and third were direct hits on my right arm and Tarquins shoulder.

We were loosing at the time so considered it lucky.

The pigeons are owned by the BFC Executive Committee and trained by Mr King :sorted:

Did Greenholme or Ricko get hit by any chance??

If they had do you honestly think I'd be campaigning to get rid of the diseased little c**ts? (the pidgeons that is).

Don`t know if it`ll work on pidgeons but down here by the surf & sand we feed the seagulls bicarb sarnies. The virmin eat the bread with dried bicarb inside it, this fizzes up inside the birds gut causing it to expand through the gas build-up. the birds gut swells up and ***bang*** one dead seagull :sorted: lol Don`t quote me on it though, I dont want the RSPB onto me :nono:

Is this what's causing all the flooding down ther tonight, dead pigeons blocking the drains??

Seriously though chaps, this IS a serious problem BFC MUST sort out very soon. Have you noticed the amount of dried up pidgeon sh*te now embossed on most of the paddock seating these days - terrible health hazard!!

Brentford Bob, what seat number were you in on Saturday last ?
I was 55F Braemar Road Paddock and the geezer (you ?) had big problems with Pigeons droppings.

When they first put seats in the Paddock we used to make the stewards clear away all the cr*p and sh*t before each game

Trust me, ;) bicarb sarnies really work. Ask any yokel down here and they`ll tell you. Easier to move a dead pidgeon off your seat than its sh*t lol
I understand it is a seriuos problem, the trouble is the bloody things are protected, just like the f*****g seagulls down here. Don`t really know any answer to the problem, other than laying big tarpaulins over the seats and removing them prior to any match. but that still don`t stop the buggers sh*ting on you during the matches does it?
Oh and warrenbee its seagulls that caused the floods not pidgeons lol

Can the club afford such a luxury?
Why not some guy with an air rifle?

Perhaps we should offer the job to the coatless one, he could add Pigeon killing to his list of animals that he likes to knock off ;)

I just hope the hawk doesn't crap on your seat in between hunting for pigeons
rofl :fishing:

Effin' pidgeons!!!

We never had this problem when Gibbo was playing. The regular tirade of high velocity ground to air flying objects launched at the Ealing Road and Brook Road stands frightened away any other flying objects. pigeons, 747's etc
:D lol :sneakoff:
