Its been £10 for a while and this income helps those lower down the leagues.

Their supporters accept the fee as a large amount goes to the parent Club. Who have no income at all. Unlike the Clubs in the EPL and their millions.

Keep it as it is.

£10 seems a reasonable price to me. I'm very glad BFC gets some money out of it.

Anybody know what the viewing figures are for BFC games?

Without knowing the costs it's hard to say what's a reasonable price.
Also, the price is the same across all the games, although there will be a lot fewer takers for many League 1 and 2 games. So bigger Championship clubs are probably cross-subsidising the likes of Morecambe and Harrogate. That's fine by me.

No. It’s the only revenue stream for many lower league clubs. They need the income and PL clubs don’t. That’s the difference

£10 is resonable imo, about £20 cheaper than most tickets plus saving on travel, food, drink.
Maybe it could be cheaper if you buy in bundles

I can afford it, but for others not so lucky they may not be able too.

I would like the option to purchase blocks of games
5 for £30 or whatever instead.

I do hope they never get rid of the ability to watch a 3pm game tho.

Odd. I know fans in grounds earns more money for the clubs, but for some of us (when things are back to normal) - i would love the option to continue watching and giving BFC some money for the normal Saturday games. It wont stop me going when i can eventually attend again, but would be good in the mean time!

The overseas iFollow season ticket is about £140 for 46 games. The per game rate in the UK is really pricey by comparison. Oversees Bees fans are well served!

It's not 46 games though, it's however many aren't being broadcast in your region.

The price doesn't change.

Not always a single camera. And at least the supporter (especially in Marky's case) has a better knowledge and understanding of OUR club than the vast majority of commentators who do it for a living! Much prefer to hear his dulcet tones than those of someone who hasn't done their homework properly.

The multi camera setup we have isn't the same for all clubs in the EFL, we are very fortunate

Technically you are right for most subscribers as I understand it but not for all (not sure if this is an EU thing). Even Sky UK matches are shown just not cup games.

It's nothing to do with Sky, it is EFL international broadcast matches. For example the Luton game was one and not available on ifollow for overseas.

For my sins not a season holder but watched every game bar part of Luton away this season without paying a dime. There are some fantastic streams where one can watch and I have used the same one all season but muting the sound. In the age of the internet not sure why anyone would be paying ?

Drivel games I can handle in the flesh as I’ve had plenty of practice watching us over the last 40+ years but I’m rapidly losing interest in fanless football.

You must be in the UK then. The EFL choose one 3pm Saturday kick-off each week to make available for overseas broadcasters which they can watch on their local version of Sky in addition to the matches that are on Sky in the UK. These games wouldn't be available on iFollow to overseas subscribers and it's often with less than a weeks notice

Forgetting the cost and if it is reasonable, what I do not understand is why UK supporters should be discriminated against by having to pay more compared to overseas viewers?

The original reason is because they didn't want to dissuade people from going to matches. Which generally isn't an option for overseas fans.

Obviously that was before none of us were allowed to matches.

That could never be an option as the games generally in the UK are not available for 3pm Saturday matches. And the midweek games have only recently become an option, so would not affect attendances, even though you can watch on the red button of Tom have Sky anyway.

in any case, in these strange times and with people furloughEd or worse I cannot see how they justify my differential in costs. Even more so now that it appears the PL are scrapping charges.
