SINCLAIR OUT :sneakoff:

Emile Sinclair

Complete waste of space yesterday. Too much of primadonna to get his hands dirty tracking back and too lazy to chase our defenders' clearances into midfield. Looks like he can run but can't and balls upped the couple of chances he had to break.

Emile Sinclair

i think he poses the question: what is he actually for??

Emile Sinclair

even a donkey on blackpool beach would do better then sinclair......

so how many matches have you seen him play?

he's had 90 mins v peterboro', 17 mins v morecombe, 2 mins v wrexham and 20 mins v wycombe.

feel sorry for the lad really, came here 20th choice and hasn;t been given a chance. what is he meant to do?
shouldn't have signed him, but that was TB for you. or was it another AS pick out of the hat?

to make comments like yours....................................

..........he does not inspire confidence...............

Emile Sinclair

While he has done nothing to merit praise in his time with us, I'm surprised by the vehemence of some of the criticism here. He's played a total of about 20 minutes in an 11-man team, plus a game and a bit when we've been down to 10 men.

On the little I've seen, I wouldn't extend his loan, but I wouldn't blame him for what has happened while he's been here

Emile Sinclair

Is it really fair to pass judgement after such brief appearances ? I mean honestly...give the guy a chance . 1 full game and a few sub appearances and yet hes getting stick ????

Emile Sinclair

I'd give him one whole game up front with Connell....I thought he looked a tad more lively against Wycombe...at the very worst he might make Thorpe look good

Emile Sinclair

what is he meant to do?
Prove that he's worth signing (or the loan). He's a complete enigma to me. Can't run, can't beat a man and doesn't shoot - we've already got one of them. What's he for? Send him back asap.

Emile Sinclair

While he hasn't done anything to suggest we should keep him. Have a feeling people are being a bit harsh on him, he hasn't been given a chance and hes at the start of his career. If he gets a long run in a side he may turn out to be quite good. This is not the right place for him nor the right time for us to happen here.

Emile Sinclair

Harsh perhaps, but I do wonder what we'd look like with him and Connell up front to start. Agree with you about it probably being the wrong time and place though.

Anything is worth a try.

The Nottingham Forest official site says Sinclair is going back after his loan ... whilst I suspect no-one will be disappointed at the news  ... will we have enough players to muster up 16 professionals for Saturday's trip?

Emile Sinclair

If we ARE on the way up then retaining him purely to keep up the numbers is certainly not the way forward.

Good luck to him but we had to get rid A.S.A.P.

The fact that on balance i would rather see Peters speaks volumes but hopefully as per AS comments after the Dagenham game we won't need to be scratching around for players for too long with some new faces on the way

Emile Sinclair

Does seem a waste of space, but look how many games / minutes he has played, hardly any. But then again same happend with Leon Constantine and now look at him.

But from what I've seen he hasnt done anything, not even had a shot that i can remember.
Let this guy go abck to Forest and let Tillen go and lets bring in a more expereinced man in !

Emile Sinclair

Forest site report, he's back at the City Ground.....

Emile Sinclair

Sinclair told the club's official website: "It was nice to get a taste of league football at Brentford and it was a good experience but I am glad to be back.

"After being at a club like Brentford, you appreciate things more. The training facilities, living arrangements, even food after training are a lot better here.

Don't hurry back mate!

lol He'd better pull his finger out then or be prepared for worse than that

What is it with players called Emile

Emile Sinclair

he has barely played :S
i saw him once, when he came on as a sub in the last 10mins

do i really dont know if his good or not

Emile Sinclair

...........cheers for your time but no thanks..............your obviosly more suited to Div One................

Emile Sinclair

Sounds like he enjoys being a footballer more than he enjoys playing.

wot a show poney who the hell does he think he is:nono:

Emile Sinclair

haha, his got such cheek. if he wasent good enough to get into the brentford squad his not going to get into the forest squad, i hope we go up and play them and then sinclair can see us cream them

Emile Sinclair

i wonder what he'll say when he's told he's not good enough and then has to scrimp around the Nottingham area for a non-league club to take him on. he needs to be brought down a notch or two! BFC never gave him a go, but i bet he won't be playing league football in 2 years time.

Mansfield is in Nottinghamshire they'll be a non league club next season :sorted: He can play for them.

Don't hurry back mate!

Emile Sinclair

Also goes on to say. it was still a good experience ( which hasn't been noted !!! would have liked to play more. Don't honestly think he was being more than truthfull to be honest. He didn't slate the club at all, which some loan players have in the past.................. and oh yeah, played a full 90 mins and scored a goal.

Same as Callum Willock

Signed for Stevenage after rejecting a new deal at P.Vale.

I thought he was regualr there and scored a few, wondery why the drop to nonleague?

Port Vale are stuggling and he'd have to work hard to make it. It's a sh*t hole too.

Could be a very decent signing for Stevenage this season. More his level and not so much pressure

Emile Sinclair

I saw earlier this week that he'd gone back to Forest and scored 2 goals for their reserves against West Brom (fair standard of football?) and was possibly in line to play for the first team on Saturday against Orient as Agogo has agonegone to the African Cup of Nations......from what we saw (and i accept not that much) but from what we did see........how???????

Emile Sinclair

All I saw from him in 2 sub appearances was 2 miscontrols and an opportunity to shoot where he dithered and lost the ball. Not really good enough and obviously a bit too much of a snob to come and play Proper Football For Men at our club.

He's never been a snob, he's northern  :fishing:

Hands like shovels

Emile Sinclair

Mr Alexander is supposedly looking to sign him on loan at Macclesfield............just in time for next Saturday.

What odds he scores against us?
