One of the funniest cricket reports I've read for ages!rofl

lol Brilliant, reminds me of when I used to play Sunday cricket before I knackered my shoulder. Especially this guy:

Unfortunately though Sutton then brought on a 93 year old snake charmer who proceded to confuse and terrify our batsmen. Trundling in off a two yard run up and lobbing the ball gently towards the bat, he was far too good for at least half of our top order.

Sounds like a huge 60 year old spinner I once got out to whose belly appeared from behind the Umpire at least 30 seconds before the ball did.

Cheeky ****er:nono:

Spider, I see that Sutton CC are touring Malta later in the year, and I was wondering if this is the first time or have Sutton been before? My club Brentham are 100 years old next year and looking for a tour abroard and just wondering about Malta? Any help appreciated

Our colts are touring Norfolk in 2007 and we are also looking at Holland in 2008 and Barbados in 2009.
Personally, I would like to tour Belgium

thanks Spider, just that I noticed that Sutton had a couple of fixtures down on the Malta website for the end of our season, that is why I asked.

Brentham looking ok for 2007, currently inspired by ex Middlesex and Somerset keith Dutch who is likely to be in his last season. Very young side, with many many kids coming through all sides, a very rosy future I reckon.
