If he can't even make the bench for this current shower then there's no hope for him.
Shame because I thought he showed promise. Why do we never give strikers a decent chance at Brentford?

I don't understand the way people just assume we can get rid of any crap player we do not want. There are such things as contracts you know?, If another club is going to take on these contracted players then generally as a rule they would actually want these player to play for them. The players we have got are only going to interest non league clubs who can not afford to match the wages so I think we are going to be stuck with most of them.

Agree, at a grand a week there must be any number of well off conference clubs who would go for him. Apart from the fact he hasn't cut the mustard he is always ill!

I think Fitz would 'like' to offload two or three but on all accounts Rhodes can't get a club (A friend in Manchester told me that even Macclesfield have turned him down after a trial) and its no secret that Moore is not favoured..which is a shame, not only as I agree with Brentford Bob that we haven't really given him a chance, but more to the fact that the £50k Coca Cola money has been spunked..

Skulason will wait and sit on his ludicrous weekly pay cheque..

There are probably eight players I'd like to see go in the transfer window but who honestly is going to take any of them?

Shows you even Mr Allen doesn't fancy any that he left us with... Good judge after the event..

I wouldnt be too upset if they were. There's not really anyone there we can't replace.

If we were to get a decent offer for Kuffour even I'd be tempted to take it, he's got great skill on the ball and it's great watching him run at players but he just doesnt seem to have that strikers instinct to get into the right positions or to shoot when he has a chance.. With Shipps up front now may be the time to give Ide a run alongside him, he looks far more likely to be in the right place at the right time and he's not afraid to have a pop..

it would be easier to say who i would keep. Kuffour would definitely have to stay . Also like to keep Kieth, and Leary if possible and of course our Charlie boy. Now if theres a future prospect better than him i'd like to see one. I'd keep Abbey too. The rest can **** off as far as I'm concerned

Skaluson , Other clubs are probably scared off by the wage and reluctance to pay it . God knows what happend at his trial in Sweden ?

Whens Jo Kuffors contract up I thought he only signed for a year when he joined thats what it said on Sky sports website when he joined us if thats the case we need to extend his contract of sell

It may be that if no-one has come in for certain players we will try to do a deal with them to pay off their contract. If there's someone who is never going to play whatever happens (Fitz Jnr until he went, Skulason now) then if we can save even a small proportion of their salary - I think we save the NI, for example - it's worth paying them off. But we can only do it if the player concerned agrees. Benefit to the player is that he can still look for a new club after the transfer deadline (as he's a free agent), and can even go on trial for no wages for a few weeks as he has the pay-off cash behind him

Of course I remember him now. Played for one minute after coming on in the 89th. min as a sub against Luton in the Paint Pot Cup. Obviously left behind a lasting impression following such a distinguished career at Brentford. Have we been paying him since then ?

He was on non contract terms and then that spotter of football talent, L Rosenior spotted he was gash and let him go about four weeks after he signed
