Expansion Question

I realise any potential expansion is highly unlikely, especially over the train tracks (possible but very difficult)

But does anyone know if there is a potential to expand on the two stands behind the goal to make them double tiered? That was one of the most exciting things I found about the stadium originally and thought it'd give the ground a bit of a La Liga look. I know dimensions were changed, the roof was lowered etc etc, but there is a tiny part of me hoping that one day we might get to see the double tiered stands behind the goals to give the stadium it's original look
