Your points are very valid but to assuage your fears I can assure you that last night was a constructive session. There WILL be things that cannot be changed, and no amount of dicsussion will change that. But equally there were some good points made about various aspects of the 'matchday experience', catering standards in particular, and all present last night should now I imagine have a much better understanding of what can be done, and what cannot, and why.
These people are not working against the fans you know. They dont say, "Ah yes, eghambee, he likes it this way, so we'll do it THAT way! That should stuff him up!!" An exageration I know, but I honestly do think that the BFC staff who run the off-field activities are trying to balance themselves between keeping costs down yet providing what the customers want. Further, I understand that there may be further discussion on the subject of communications on its own. I look forward to the reports on that one!
Anyway, I'm just off to polish RN's car now......
