The whole thing needs to be disbanded. The criminals given 20 years each for theft, corruption, organised crime and embezzlement and a new organisation created. The World Cup needs to be taken away from Russian and the dark ages Middle East and compensation paid to both. All the laundered money should be confiscated and used to compensate aggrieved parties and then used to set up a new organisation.

However in the real world we will still be watching FIFA run the wc in two years time watching the fat pigs smugly parade themselves around acting like lords with us all acting as if nothin is wrong as it would spoil good telly.
