First Time at GP

I'm coming along to GP for the first time on Sunday. Anyone got any advice (i.e. when to turn up, where to drink, how to not get mistaken for a Jack)?

Turn up before the match starts. Drink in the Griffin. Wear a brentford top. Don't sing swansea songs or swoon at pics of trundle. Don't stand in the away supporters area. simple really.

come to new road and have a good old moan at how "sh*t" we are - people will think you'll have been coming for donkeys...

If you see a silver-haired man that looks like Mr Burns from The Simpsons climbing toward the directors boxes, you're supposed to kick him senseless.

It's a tradition.

I think that deep down you support Swansea and you are asking for advice in keeping yourself in full working order. I'm no Petrocelli but I have slight unease in your use of the truth.

Keep stum, if you score stand up and moan like fock and all that.;)

I think he might be a Bee - that's based on joining date, post history, bio and of course naivety on my part

A bluffers guide to Brentford FC for you:

1) Ricky Newman is our best midfiled maestro and captian ever
2) Stuart Nelson is a solid keeper
3) Ron Noades is a popular BFC benfactor
4) Roy King should be re-instated.
5) The best football ever seen from a Bees team was under Wally Downes
6) Mark McCammon is the "one that got away"
7) If you get to touch the matchball, make sure you throw it straight back to a Swansea player.

Thanks, guys, sound advice as usual ;) :sorted:
FYI, both my parents were born and raised in Ealing, and I've only been in Wales for the last couple of years, so no more sheep jokes, OK? ;)
