I have no problem with Friday Nite Lights but I guess there must be a reason for moving 3 games to a Friday nite ?

The Carlisle and Colcheester games will certainly see a reduced away support and therfore reduction of income.

Anyone know the reason for the changes to Friday nite ??

The Colchester one is Good Friday so could be a better crowd. 3pm kick off. Orient is away, not sure why the Carlilse one has changed unless its england game or rugby at Twickers.

feel so sorry for those carlise fans, we always seem to more often than not get them on a week day, so wont be many of them again!

The page on the websiite needs a proof read. I'm certain the Carlisle and Colchester games are in 2011, not 2010 :-)

I thought all the double header internationals that had a home game first were on the friday at wembley?
Maybe we have moved our games to friday to help drive up the attendance after that WC debacle?

The Wales v England game isn't part of a double header.

I can't make Orient anyway...so that doesn't bother me. I'm in Bournemouth.

I think Claire knows but I've just had confirmation that Kettering would welcome her here in his gimp mask and jock strap, he only gets them out on very special occasions.

Can't be a copy and paste, the spelling always alters. Unless of course blunstone has a dyslexic keyboard :D
and besides with Kirk on the wing and Scotty on board when are we going to sign bones, Uhura, Chekov but most importantly Spock?

Oh no NB! We must protect Claire from the Bronze God or whatever he calls himself! Can we send her directions to Northampton instead of Kettering, so that we can protect a fantastic asset to BFC? :idea:

They've really gone soft with the transportation orders, haven't they? It used to be life, and hard labour too

Back to topic, I think moving to Good Friday may be a good mood - for crowd, and to give team a longer break between that and the Easter Monday game

Obviously the club have learnt from last seasons Millwall game. Much better for a 3pm ko rather than evening on Good Friday, because of possible transport difficulties

BTW, 3 fixtures at GP moved to Friday's what, exactly? (Title of thread should not have apostrophe in 'Fridays'). In any case, only 2 of 'em are at GP, as already identified.

I see, the Good Friday 3 pm doesn't impinge too much does it ? I would have thought thats better than being on the sat.

I'm un- impressed. Can't go to Orient now- one of my few possible away games, and won't make the Fri night game, so that's 2 less on the gate. Not that anyone cares :-(

It's Orient's loss - they take all the gate receipts.

Orient away on a friday night sounds alright, surely more convenient for people who work in central london?
