I know it's been mentioned in other threads, but I think they deserve a thread of their own.

They're looking very lush, proper floodlights and properly populated like the 70s.

I hear they're super bright too.

I seem to remember MD (The Chief Exec one) saying that these new lights were way above the minimum requirements of The Championship by way of brightness. Presumably they can be transferred to LR at the appropriate time, as otherwise would have been a lot of expense for a comparatively short period.

Not many football clubs have floodlight pylons anymore.

They look pretty cool, especially with the small lamps as they were in the 1970's and not the larger ones we had from the 1980's to last year.

Leave em on 24 7. It might help the grass grow quicker. Well it seems to work on cannabis farns

Made it look really sunny when they were turned on at half time.

I hear they're super bright too.

They are always brightest when first installed and I believe this reduces by 15 - 20 percent over the course of the next six months owing to dust and dirt. Hopefully this has all be accounted for and we are not back in darkness come Christmas
