Think it's manure actuallyThis story smells of bullshit
Is this the same club that only sells vegetarian food?
it's going pretty well so far. think they've won about 8 in a row
.............................the teletext thing on the BBC Red Button service the other day claimed that Brentford were copying FGR??...................................
Read this earlier, good on them. Must have been awful for them to see the likes of Crawley and Fleetwood overtake them in recent years. FGR are long overdue a crack at league football.
How many did they take to Wembley ?
Is it still a 'meat free' ground? No burgers or hot dogs sold.....
Fairly local to me,went there this season a fair old walk uphill to the ground (paddock fatties take note).Cant believe the hypocrisy of some fans moaning about the amount of money that the owner has put in.Bet most of the moaners of the former big clubs now playing in the national league would love to have a fan like they have. The owner owns most of Stroud with his Eccotricity business and is paying for a new ground to be built 8 miles away by the M5 ....remind you of anyone?
Is moving that far a bit of a liberty to the clubs roots ? Or is it still within its area ?
Their ground at present is only accessible by going up a narrow road through a housing estate unles you try the scenic route through very narrow country roads that are single track. The new ground is about 6 miles away right by the M5 at the Stroud turn off the idea being accessible to new fans as they struggle to get 2000 at their present ground can't see it being an issue with their fans.Theres only Cheltenham to the north and Bristol some 35 miles away south so quite a big catchment area.
Sounds a bit rubbish though, out by the motorway. No houses/pubs/shops by it?

Heard a couple of comments from their owner and he sounds like a knob.
You can't seemingly build up a club without financial clout behind them so good luck to them. They've done well and have done things differently as well (I for one would find food that isn't burgers and hotdogs at a ground refreshing...) so hope they do well.
I'd like them at home in the League Cup...would be someone new.
He does indeed.
Never heard him speak but any club that doesn't have meat etc, is enough to tell me he's probably a smug vegan ****.
How can you tell if someone's a vegan? Don't worry they'll tell you in a second.
There's an element of irony in your comment. Can you spot it?
It'll all end up at Gretna.
The same as a lot of grounds I've been to and even if they have pubs you are not allowed in.
