Hi

I have a spare ticket for sale for the Forest match. I know its short notice, but one of my guests cannot make it now due to shift change at work. I tried to get a refund at the ticket office but was told that BFC don't do refunds on tickets... .....ok that's a bit surprising as I've had to return a ticket before but hey ho.

Anyone interested, its Braemar Road, Block 304(next to the Directors area) £28.00, but will let it go for £25.00

No consolation, but i think you've been mugged off. Did you buy it before the £5 offer was announced? Good luck trying to get rid of it, shame they won't refund. What is the club's policy on this situation?

4.6. Once a ticket is purchased it is non-refundable unless the given match is rescheduled, postponed, cancelled or abandoned. If a match is rescheduled, postponed or abandoned fans will have 7 days to claim a refund, if no refund is claimed their ticket will be valid for the re-arranged fixture.

Yes bought it about 2-3 weeks ago when they went on sale, I've read the CC rule 4.6 now, didn't know of that before. I'm not that bothered about missing out on the £5 offer, but his work is more important like most of us working people and it doesn't pay a lot so his shift changed for some reason. I will take a hit this time, but from now on I'll be more wary in the future of inviting mates to come and see Brentford matches unless they can 100% guarantee they can make it.

I had the same issue, bought a £28 ticket for a mate before the £5 offer came out and they changed it and refunded me £23. Try emailing the ticket office.

It's always been at the discretion of the club.

Could email and try and get a refund of the excess above £5, least it's only a fiver then. Precedent set by others now so they should do it...
