First few corners and you've seen 90% of the race.My son and daughter are really big F1 fans so I said I'd give it a go this year. Does 10 laps count as giving it a go? ?
I said to Mrs Untouchable earlier that I suspect a good chunk of the TV audience switches off after the first lap.First few corners and you've seen 90% of the race.
..............any haka?????................it just looks like all black cars on the track, I hate this race
More than ample, I'd say.My son and daughter are really big F1 fans so I said I'd give it a go this year. Does 10 laps count as giving it a go? ?
So you think this is good. To each his own I guess. The Liberty pantomime continues.Going to be a great ending now a two lap shoot off
Any boobies? This American grand prix introduction is utterly bizarre !!
Any boobies?
They could have switched to Bah Rain !Race cancelled at Imola this weekend due to torrential rain.
...........or Singapour...............They could have switched to Bah Rain !
The circuit change removing the chicane did make it a much better circuit, it prevented slow corners before the home straight. So easier to be in the right position immediately beforehandBarcelona GP was as boring as hell! Russell gave a glimmer of excitement when he said it was raining at turn 6 (?)... turned out to be beads of sweat within his helmet ?
Currently watching the Detroit Grand Prix; find Indycar much more enjoyable than F1.The circuit change removing the chicane did make it a much better circuit, it prevented slow corners before the home straight. So easier to be in the right position immediately beforehand
OK, but this is the F1 thread.Currently watching the Detroit Grand Prix; find Indycar much more enjoyable than F1.
To bad. This weekend Le Mans 24hrs. A real race, not artificial racing. Best race of the year. Just behind it are the other 6 WEC races.OK, but this is the F1 thread.

Montreal GP in some doubt due to the lack of air quality because of Canadian wildfires
Did you see the Austrian Sprint Race, that was anything but boring. Just need some weather to make it watchable.Definitely worth a watch for those that haven’t seen itF1 has now become a bore fest. So predictable. Indy car with wheel to wheel races (with no DRS to assist), no one team domination or a car winning by a country mile is 100% better.

It's the difference chalk and cheese. Indy uses kit cars made by Dallara and a choice of two engines. The cars are basically the same. F1, the team designs there own cars, there are four engine suppliers. Certain components can be shared by different teams.F1 has now become a bore fest. So predictable. ...............yep............better best forgotten.............Verstappen means "from the steps" in German
If it is so good why not force the teams to use all three types of dry tires in the race, with a maximum amount of laps on one type. Like they do in qualifying.Great new style qualifying where everyone starts Q1 on hard tyres
Those that make Q2 do it on medium tyres
Q3 is then on soft tyres
Much better and not just because of who finishes on pole
The sh*tshow today was to only use 11 sets of tyres per car rather than 13 in the name of "sustainability"If it is so good why not force the teams to use all three types of dry tires in the race, with a maximum amount of laps on one type. Like they do in qualifying.
This is all to do with " the show " .
?What a good race at Monza. Delighted for Ferrari. All spoilt by child news and petty Tory and Hamilton
Yeah well, that didn't come out to correct after editing and running out of time.?????
Much better Grand Prix.Singapore. A superb win for Sainz and Ferrari. Red Bull didn't do to well. We'll have to see if the technical directive was part of the cause when they race at Suzuka this weekend.
Sainz slowing down so Norris could use his DRS to keep the Mercedes behind was brilliant. Well done Ferrari. Nice to see Russell bin it. With the four cars running together a slight mistake is all it takes.
Unfortunately looks like it’s back to normal this weekend .Much better Grand Prix.
We need more races like this where the red bulls start from the back !
