formula 1 champ 2004?

who do you think will win it?

my money is on alonso!!!!! stealing it from schumacher, dont think montoya will be focused with his move!!

shame wilson isnt in it this season,he was top quality didnt get enough of a chance!!!!

shame teams cant afford to hire the best drivers, proably only 4 or 5 teams who pay drivers to drive and not be paid for a driver to drive for them through sponsorship!!!!

i back alonso to win, think he has got what it takes! anyone else got opinion on next best sport to footie?(rugby and snooker and darts are good too though!!)

You're joking aren't you? Don't you think Montoya would bust a gut this season to take the No. 1 with him to 'rari? Particularly if it's clear early on that Schuey might have a fight on his hands from the other runers.

I'm also certain Monty would be given a bonus to take the No.1 with him to wear on the 'rari next year...

I reckon it'll be a close one this year. Not gonna predict winners before I see the final cars in action.

...rari indeed ...sorry, lapse in concentration. Obviously too much haste in posting.

I think it'll be closer too this year. I think we will see Michael getting his own way a lot less and possibly both Willams' drivers, Raikonnen and Alonso winning races regularly. I'd like to see Barichello beat Schumacher fairly but I can't see Ferrari allowing it.

I put a bet on Button at 200/1 which seemed a bit of a silly thing to do at the time, but doesn't look so now given his testing times and the improvement in BAR. I think he will be the rising star of the season.

As to who will probably win the title I would say Ralph Schui as its going to be Williams year in what others have said will be a close season.

The Ferrari Formula 1 team fired their entire pit crew yesterday.
The announcement followed Ferrari's decision to take advantage of the British Government's work for dole scheme and employ unemployable Scousers.

The decision to hire them was bought on by a recent documentary on how Liverpool youths were able to remove a set of wheels in under 6 seconds without proper equipment, whereas Ferrari's existing crew can only do it in 8 seconds with high tech gear. This was thought to be an excellent, yet bold move by Ferrari Management as races are won and lost in the pits and Ferrari would have an advantage over every
team.

However, Ferrari got more than they bargained for at the crew's first practice session, not only were the Scouse pit crew able to change tyres in under 6 seconds, but within 12 seconds they had resprayed, rebadged and sold the vehicle to the McLaren team for 4 bottles of Stella, a gram of speed and a quick shufty at Coulthard's bird in the shower.
