No, it was because the site said I was logged-in, but I was logged-out. So I had to log-out, even though I was logged-in, in order to log-out, so that I could log-in again.

Now sure what a "PH Brentford Eligible" means?

Right, my ticket arrived yesterday. I am unable to go . Issue being I live in Bristol so unless you are in the area and can pick it up I will need to post it. Not sure of 1st class will get there but can send guaranteed delivery in the post for next day and post today if someone is happy to split the cost of special delivery. It's a restricted view ticket so face value was 33 quid, I think special delivery is about 6 quid. I need to know asap so I can post this. DM if interested please
