Mad to think it’s 10 years today, I remember hearing the news on talk sport while driving. Watching that Dan Walker video on the bbc about Gary showing his last appearance on tv too. I don’t know if it’s just me but u could see in Gary’s eyes he was sad & a bit dazed. Not to be disrespectful or anything saying that btw

The entire Welsh World Cup Squad and support staff observed a minutes silence in his honour.

Always remembered for all his great achievements in Football and always remembering as his legacy that Men's mental health can and should be at the forefront of our thoughts. It's ok to admit you're struggling with things and seek the help of friends, family or loved one's. You are never ever alone no matter how bad things seem.

Which is why it's important to show respect and humility, as we don't know what's going on behind closed doors.

I remember one minute watching him in his technical area at Wembley as his side outplayed England......and what felt like the next hearing of his passing on the car radio on a Sunday afternoon.
