Goosebumps

Despite all the non wins/peformances since our last win on Spetember 2nd, despite all the misery, the pain, the tension, the whole Leroy Affair. Despite our league position, despite our lack of effort, despite our lack of money, lack of long time security, lack of goals, lack of unity on the pitch, lack of fitness, well just about lack of anything postive at the moment. Despite the fact that the only reason i'm up now is i am spending money I don't have on sky sports to see England piss away 4 days work by screwing up the 2nd test and the feeling that I have choosen two of the worst teams to love in the whole world...

I just can't help but feel goosebumps. Maybe its the fact that I haven't seen us since Forest and since before that Gillingham that is helping, but the thought of getting the train down from Norwich to see us play Doncaster and Tranmere is still giving me goosebumps. The thought of walking into the ground tomorrow looking up at the delepated Brentford sign on the Braemar road is putting a massive smile on my face. The thought of seeing the team I love under lights, well nothing can beat that. I can't wait to see OUR team tomorrow night, under a new (albeit caretaker manager) a fresh start, a fresh change.

Brentford vs Doncaster I just can't wait, lets put the past behind and see the start of a hopefully great new era.

Isn't it the same manager as took charge of the shambolic display at Whaddon Road?

Hope you're right Holysmit!

It's the fact that it's the same team that hasn't won since Bradford that's keeping me down.

Goosebumps
