GPG: The Problem or the Solution?
Billy Hunt said:How many looking for Keeley from Bromley?![]()
In an effort to answer your question, as posted elsewhere, these are the top ten searches that people put into some search engines (e.g. google) and then arrived at this evil site.
1. griffin park grapevine (number of searches: 1,742)
2. griffin park (353)
3. keeley page 3 (281)
4. griffinpark (222)
5. griffinpark.org (116)
6. keeley bromley (76)
7. page 3 keeley (75)
8. www.griffinpark.org (59)
9. keeley from bromley(43)
10 griffinpark org (28)
So those searching for keeley total 475 (15%) whilst those seeking out information on the club total 2520 (84%). Of course this doesn't account for the fact that most Bees supporters may have visited before and know the URL of this nasty site so shouldn't need to visit a search engine to find it - whereas those looking for treats probably do need to use a search engine and will therefore be over-represented in these statistics.
Anyway, I think the long and the short of it is that the GPG, through being the complete opposite of useful and entertaining, is visited by many, many Bees supporters for some unfathomable reason or reasons. It could be of course that Brentford fans are a bunch of dour, miserable souls - having to suffer the woes of the past few years (and Saturday's performance) - and that they are attracted the GPG like alcoholics are to alcohol.
