You should be commended for the upgrade which would appear to be have been successful. As you are clearly a techie who did not enlist the help of a Project Manager (i.e. a superior being), this is a cause for delight if not outright celebration.

Post implementation review and Project closure report to be published next week, I assume?

I used to get a stripped down version, now I'm getting the full blown GPG.

Grrrrrrrrrr! So in this upgrade, we can't quick reply, we can't use click my smiley box, there is no 'More' smilies, the arcade has been discontinued and all the icons at the top of the reply window (URL etc.) don't work!

The nav bar on all pages seems to be fine now except when clicking "New Posts", which requires a few refreshes to get the nav bar to load properly.

What I see is the closing portion of an HTML comment (-->) followed by a portion of the navigation, like this:

The copyright statement at the foot of each page includes <br> tags which should be <br />, given your doctype declaration. There's also a missing ";" after the first "&copy".
