I thought he was a disgrace, he was at it all game and that face hold and fall over was pathetic, a lovely long throw will keep him playing under Warnock though.

Serious let down, shame to see he's resorted to cheating and gamesmanship and that his contribution is reduced to a long throw. I saw him as a youth playing for Colchester and really rated but he never did as well as he should have with his physique and two really good feet despite having a decent career.

Versatile - tick, knows this league - tick, works hard - not on Saturday, he chose to only get involved in the petty stuff and long throws. I was disappointed and angry with him long before he blatantly cheated and tried to get Jake sent off. He was a disgrace and for someone who I once thought had the talent and potential to play for his country for a long time it's a shame that is how he's finishing an remarkable un fulfilled career.

I thought he worked hard and despite not being a winger by nature, he gave Bidwell a torrid time.

I never suggested he was below this level, I posted it's a disgrace that he's sunk to the lows he did on Saturday when he possesses the ability and nous to be the best footballer on the pitch.

I love that, scores for Southend 3 hours after signing. Helps to beat Grimsby 3 - 1. Colin Murray (on Quest) added that before signing, GH had been keeping fit and training with....Grimsby!

To be fair that Colchester side that went up (2005?) were pretty decent and he was a good player back then.

Now plays for a YouTube outfit called Hastag, they’re rising up the leagues and a family member is their physio, he told me that Greg is a top chap but nothing about this, I used to hate him at Colchester, seems like he’s winning now.

Saw him play against Walton and Hersham last season, he didn’t stand out and he’s not as long and lean as he used to be. (None of us are but he has filled out)

I have a close friend who is autistic and it can be very difficult at times to stay calm with him but I do so as I realise he is not always aware of what he is saying or doing.. He is extremely intelligent and has a fantastic memory especially regarding footballers from all over Europe but he has to have a set routine and he hates being in crowds of people such as a busy train or bus and goes into his shell and stays quiet if he has to be on either. He has never been in an aeroplane and says he never wants to as he would feel hemmed in but he seems fine in a football ground as he says it is outside and he doesn't feel the same pressure.

He can be unintentionally very upsetting at times but I have learnt to recognise the signs and he never shows any emotion about anything or anybody.
If I say I will ring him at say 18.00 hrs and I don't do it until 18.02 he will get quite irate and say "You said you would ring at 18.00 hrs"...but I have got used to that. Similarly if I say I will call back in a couple of minutes he will let me know if I take 5 minutes...?

However he is a good lad and loves his football but I do have to make lots of allowances but those that don't know him just think he is being off hand or rude.
