He's off to see someone called Yorel Roinesor, a bright young manager in the lower leagues, excellent PR skills and thinks he is good enough to be a possible future England manager.

Nice to see that Dyke has returned from holiday to choose the new "up and coming managers" to manage the club.

Just that two of the four who took charge of naming a new manager last time are involved again now, that's all! So obviously from last time Jones and Gosling have been dumped. That narrows down the field if it is leaked again though. GD playing an active role from the outset this time though so that could be the lesson that was learnt!

Last time round I seem to remember Dickens saying they talked to a lot of people in football who told them it was vital to take their time in selecting a manager and not act in haste. Now it is vital "they act fast".

Totally agree.Especially after all the hype and garbage talked prior to the last appointment and then it was all thrown out of the window and SF appointed.

Unless,of course we're going to have more promises and then Barry Quin gets the job !!

Absolute b***ocks RoyalOakBee (again !), a meeting was arranged at such short notice that Ian couldn't get down in time from his home in Lancashire. I'm fortunate to own my own business and had a clear diary so I could attend etc., etc., etc.

So Jones and Gosling have been "dumped" from the current process.

Well, well........as you use the word "dumped" I take it then that they are not just unavailable through business commitments but have been "dumped" for incompetence or because they were identified as "leaking".

Greg Dyke's inclusion into this stage of the process being the outcome of the lesson learnt is laughable. Do you seriously think that he played no part in the previous two disastrous appointments?

But you're right. If anything is leaked this time then it is quite obviously Keith Dickens or Greg Dyke who can't keep it zipped.

Okay then so three out of the four people who many Bees fans consider f*cked up the last selection process are again involved this time. John Gosling may still be involved for al I know I was just interpreting GD's brief note as best I could. My apologies to Ian and John if offence was caused none meant.
Bee H obviously finds it offensive hence the top language from a Bees Director who clearly has learnt nothing yet about communicating with fans.
Well to coin a phrase David, lets hope you and whoever dont make a b***ocks of it again this time! Or for that matter leak it again before the ink is dry on the contract!

For the record, and lets get this straight once and for all, no board or BU member gave me the tip re the managerial appointment of Mr Patterson.:thetruth:
Those who know me well know where the info came from and that is all I will say on the matter!
