Good morning guys , i am coming to the game on april 2nd v brighton as part of doing my 92 grounds as a lifelong season ticket holder of bradford city who visited the old ground on many occasions i now need to put the new ground to bed leaving 7 grounds to go after this visit, i have emailed the ticket office and they said if i get in touch 3 weeks before the game she will sort a ticket out for me (fingers crossed) i arrive by train at kingscross, what is the best way to getting to the nearest station by underground or any other way , i am booked in at the travelodge on the highstreet on the night of the game any help would be great thanks guys.

Kings Cross to Waterloo (via Picadilly and Northern Line, I think) and then South West Railways to Kew Bridge (or Brentford given you are staying on the High Street). Brentford High Street is about a 15/20 minute walk from the ground which is very near Kew Bridge Station.

Hope you have a good trip! :)

Kings x - south ealing on Piccadilly Line then a 15 min walk
Kings x - Leicester square on Picc line - Northern line - waterloo - overground to Kew Bridge or Brentford

The game may well move from Tuesday night to Wednesday or even Thursday night because Brighton play Liverpool on Easter Sunday.
Put that Travelodge on hold mate or pay on the day.

Arsenal are at home to Luton on the 2nd mate. You can go to that then get the piccadilly line near to the travelodge you are booked at. utter ballache but beats throwing loads of money away. its luton and a night game so hopefully you can get a ticket. west ham home to spurs too.

Arsenal won't be on Tue 2nd either

They play Easter Sunday

The PL fixtures for that midweek should be confirmed on Thurs

But the 4 teams playing Easter Sunday will definitely not be on Tues

brighton, west ham, cardiff, swansea, leicester, arsenal, spurs... all old grounds done just wish they would stop moving ..
How do the 92 Club/Groundhoppers designate Spurs - a "new" ground in that it has been completely built from scratch, or an "old" ground in that they haven't really moved?

Maybe a new Stadium on old Ground?

I finished my 92 at the Emirates in about 2006. But I’m back to about 84/85 now.

Don't know how fast you walk mate, no way that is a 15 minute walk, half hour easy at least.
south ealing to griffin park 20 mins max ?

Stuff that. Put everything you have on Leicester winning the EPL in 2015-16
Put your dough on Last Suspect before the race (66/1) and put the winnings on Nortons Coin (100/1) to win the 1990 Cheltenham Gold Cup.
And then Leicester City for 26 years later .

It’s about the same, maybe a few minutes less, to Acton Town. Save a stop on the tube if you’re coming from central London.

Since when? ?
Not sure if I'm missing a mad joke here but you can't walk on any motorway in Britain.
You can walk alongside the A4 underneath though which is what I imagine Google Maps is encouraging you to do.

I'll be the first..... :whoosh:
Well done.
Some strange posts here about walking directions hopefully the clarity might help out the first neutral visitor we've had in ages to actually get a warm welcome, who probably doesn't know anything about local roads.

Soon we need to get on to the real business why the ticket office are indicating they'll sell him a ticket with no membership :redcard:

Very appropriate about Jay-walking, if I may say so.
