You seen much of him then ?24 years of age.
Played in USA, Germany, Netherlands, Denmark & Turkey. His goalscoring record at Antalyaspor is very good.
7 caps for USA and 2 international goals, including one vs Netherlands at the World Cup.
Seriously. Three weeks ago ESPN were saying he was a target for Palace.I can't say I've seen a ton of him in club games, but being American, I do follow the USMNT pretty solidly. He's been fairly uninspiring at the National Level for the US (he did score in the WC but it was a fluke-deflection just moments after he missed a wide open net). Hasn't really established himself there, and his real inclusion on the WC roster itself was a bit surprising; most expected him to be left off in favor for Ricardo Pepi, but his form was pretty up and down and they went Wright over Pepi. There seems to be a lot of strong physical skills, so it wouldn't be shocking to have the USMNT team run by Berhalter as guilty of misusing and having poor tactical plans at times.
Maybe us USMNT guys have undersold Wright if BFC is interested. As an American it'd be really fun to see an American on the roster.
I've been surprised at the amount of interest he's rumored to have had. I've never been overly impressed, but it's a bit hard to scout when he's getting limited run, in a few games at a time in a fairly uninspired system. Fingers crossed it's a lot of things out of Haji's control if BFC ends up bringing him in. As an American, I'll be geeked either way.Seriously. Maybe the club are looking at an increase in shirt sales of the USA ?? ?I've been surprised at the amount of interest he's rumored to have had. I don't think we'd see the Turkish league as a good enough standard to buy from. He's probably like many of the names every window comes up and PG goes who the hell is that?
Would be stupid to judge a player by the league he plays in rather than the quality he has. We wouldn’t of been after Mudryk if that was the case.I don't think we'd see the Turkish league as a good enough standard to buy from.
Wikipedia says he was released on a free by Schalke then went to Denmark. Was on loan from Schalke 04 to the Danish Club Sønderjyske.
At his best he was probably the best striker in the league, but his stay there ended quite badly. I think the generel assessment of him is that he will not pass the no xxxxhead test at Brentford.
If a transfer was ever on the table I think Claus Nørgaard would have talked with this former employer at Sønderjyske.
Saw a few comments elsewhere that he wouldn't pass our no dickheads policy, can't fully remember some of the stories about him, but if true there may be a point.

Calm down, confirmation and added opinions are always welcome if you want a consensus.

So does Bryan and Sergi.Looks like he likes a dive!

You - and Wikipedia - are right.Wikipedia says he was released on a free by Schalke then went to Denmark.
New update:
Still was just not impressed with him at the World Cup but we will see. I trust our recruitment team
Sounds like his agent is trying to increase interest and bids for him.New update:
I wonder if out reputation for intelligent recruitment is gonna mean more and more agents throw our name around to make their guy seem more of a hot prospect. "Oh if Brentford s interested there must be some clever data reasons he's gonna do well" and so forthSounds like his agent is trying to increase interest and bids for him.
Agents have been doing that for a while now…it was noticeable even in the Championship!I wonder if out reputation for intelligent recruitment is gonna mean more and more agents throw our name around to make their guy seem more of a hot prospect. You need to watch a player for a lot more than a you tube video. From these clips he looks strong and quite skillful. You can see there might be some potential there. Looks like he might unsettle a few PL defenders.
I disagree. A good showreel can pack 5 years worth of scouting in to 2 minute clip. Who wants to sign a player that hasn’t even produced a rainbow flick during a pre season friendly? You need to watch a player for a lot more than a you tube video.
Yes he may well look good in an edited movie, but what about the rest of the game/s and his work off the ball counts just as much.
Any good in the air ?
Left foot right foot?
What is his work rate like?
Temperament?
Okay I will make one in the garden playing against a load of children and put it out there.I disagree. A good showreel can pack 5 years worth of scouting in to 2 minute clip. Who wants to sign a player that hasn’t even produced a rainbow flick during a pre season friendly?
Welcome to Crawley, son. What flavour magic beans would you like for your salary?Okay I will make one in the garden playing against a load of children and put it out there.
I will probably get a 2 year deal at Crawley Town.
The goal I scored that came back off the greenhouse and hit the bucket of water was the one that convinced them.
Does it matter when you’re actually getting paid in magic bean NFTs so don’t get a physical magic bean you can eat?Welcome to Crawley, son. What flavour magic beans would you like for your salary?
I can only see one bloke that mentioned him on Twitter.Another one changed to unlikely ?
Not a great surprise, didn't really look up to scratch.Another one changed to unlikely ?
BBC Sport are referencing the same Tweet that's in this thread.BBC reporting we’ve put a bid in . Albeit in the rumours section.
