Rhodes away at Shrewsbury was great
Shrewsbury all in about 15 mins
..............Prince Harry in the Cup................
Joe Allon. Derby at home in the Anglo-Italian. Lost 4-3...
Gainsborough?
Thought that was Bliss away from home!
We won 2-1 at the Baseball Ground. :thetruth:
my memory isn't that great lol
Andy Woon did what no other Bees player has done in my memory and scored a hat - trick on his league debut 7-2 v Port Vale IIRC.
Correct I was thinking of Bob Bookers v Hull which was 7-2
Remember going potty with what seemed like thousands of others at the back of The Royal Oak for that one but know it was probably dozens!
Jon Toral last season.
Do I recall correctly a Bob Booker hat-trick or is it just wishful thinking?
OK, brain cells intact, just not reading all the thread!See Hull 7-2 a few posts earlier
Doesn't count. It was against Blackpool and they were complete cack that night. IIRC shots were something like 30 - 1 in our favour that night. Blackpool were truly dreadful!
................unless the game was abandoned then the hat trick stands............
Philips got two I'm sureI was at that game, remember a bearded fella ( keith fear ) scored one or two as well
Denny Mundee in a 4-3 defeat at home to Bristol Rovers one of my earliest memories.
Didn't Joe Allon get a hat trick in the away game at Bristol Rovers in the same season as Denny.Joe Allon. Derby at home in the Anglo-Italian. Lost 4-3...
Bliss got both goals in a 2-1 win, but we lost on away goals.Thought that was Bliss away from home!

It was 5-0 wasn't it?
Didn't Joe Allon get a hat trick in the away game at Bristol Rovers in the same season as Denny.
Philips got two I'm sure
Only 24 players have scored hat-tricks since 1970 - that's not particularly impressive. Almost one every two seasons!!A total of 36 hat-tricks scored by those 24 players - Sweetzer got the most, with three trebles.
John Docherty (2 times), O'Mara (2 times), Andy Woon, Roger Cross (2 times), Gordon Sweetzer (3 times), Steve Phillips (2 times), Tony Mahoney, Keith Cassells, Gary Roberts (2 times), Robbie Cooke (2 times), Rowan Alexander, Paul Williams, Dean Holdsworth (2 times), Denny Mundee, Joe Allon (2 times), Nicky Forster, Carl Asaba, Lloyd Owusu (3 times), Matt Harrold, Jordan Rhodes, Charlie MacDonald, Mike Grella, Gary Alexander and Jon Toral.
Roberts, Cooke and Grella all scored four goals. Roberts also scored the quickest hat-trick.
