right this is driving me mad im not too clever with photo's...... i cant get the bloody picture to fit in the frame on the GPG page!!!!!!!

What do you mean by "fit in the frame"? You're just uploading a file :scratch:

Unless you mean it's tooooo big - in which case don't worry someone will resize it later
