In case anyone hasn't seen this, it sheds some light on injuries to AF, HD and JD. Looks like AF and JD should be back in training next week, but the position is vague about HD:

The injury to HD is of concern. As well as KOC played yesterday HD is the one person we do not have real cover for.

Right. So perhaps some of the fools posting rubbish on here will believe what we are being told and wish them all a speedy recovery!

There were noticeable groans when the teams were read out. However, after getting used to playing with different team mates, I thought they moulded as a unit excellently. As MW has said, it is now a squad. I think yesterday proved a point.

noticeable groans...i should cocoa.......i had the right hump when i saw HD and AF werent on the pitch........i didnt help that my west ham loving mate(******) text me 10 mins into game to say sky had reported wigan were in talks with both of them..........actually the first 20 mins of the game was a non event for me i had such a hump on....then we started playing a bit and rodney got the goal........it was half time before i realised HD and AF were genuinely injured....2nd half i wondered what i had been fussing about,as the team did fantastic without 'the injured gang of 3'

MW has stated that one more deal is likely and that will be defensive option. We also have Mac who has played the role in a previous life.

Not a chance, our regular doom mongrels edcase and nightfly who are both obviously in the know will still be able to assure us the players are off

Would be interesting to look back at their posts to see their accuracy records, I can't be bothered but would expect it's somewhere between 0 & 1 % !!!!!!!
