Bees keen to keep Crowe
Brentford assistant manager Ray Lewington has admitted the club is keen to sign Jason Crowe from Portsmouth after his current loan deal expires next week.
'Jason's loan is up after the next two games and we are interested in taking him,' Lewington said.
'We are just waiting to see if Ron Noades (Brentford's chairman/manager) can do a deal with Portsmouth.
'To be honest we have to confirm whether the boy wants to come to us at all, but he is just what we want. We have missed a player who can join in from the back.'
