He must be very frustrated having been a reserve for the last couple of years and 1st choice for a period. 2nd Division is probably6 out of his depth, I hope it works out for him as time's running out for him.

Jay will be out of Brentford on or before his contract expires and I almost have the feeling that this is his last chance to make a living at football - as such I really wish him well.

Is this just to gain some first team experience or is he trying to off load him as well? its a shame I think he has put in some good performances when he played

Hope it works out for the chap, can't see him cutting it in the 2nd without getting some experience first.

He did play quite regularly when he first joined us in 2000, but he won't play much now as long as Dobbo is about.
Will this become a permanent move?

I think he was played at Oldham because there was no-one else.
Dobson and Rowlands wouldn't have played Saturday and Wally kept the same team he would have picked.

Traynor and Fieldwick were our other subs, not exactly a replacement there.

Thought he had some good moments but was too inconsistant, when he was bad :eek: :eek:

He may make it in the Conference though.

I will remember him for when he was subbed at the end of a game we were pushing to win, instead of walking back across the pitch he jumped into the new Rd and sat in with the crowd...........Touching moment I thought!

so much potential not realised again...that frustrates me..is it down to lack of a chance or is it that he looks bad in training and reserve games?
He was seriously fast and could ping a good cross in now and then. He was excellent versus the bees for crawley a few years ago and we snapped him up next day.
I was so pleased we grabbed him after that game and wanted to see him do well for us.
I feel a real tinge of disappointment as he has drifted more and more into obscurity over the last 2-3 years!!

Looks like Hereford dont want him as he is back. Stick him up front for a game see if he can score huh :nono:

Seems he is off on his travels again, he has signed for Gravesend & Northfleet on a month's loan. Is he out of contract at the end of the season?.

I expected that from good old teamtosh (that still goin btw ?) but the BBC ! Tut tut :nono:
