I saw him play earlier on in the season for Lewes against Staines (at left back). Nothing had changed... he was still sh*te. lol

I imagine it was a 3 year contract from the start (though why )

Surprisingly no-one offered him enough for him to want to leave

I didn't think he was that bad (compared to Gus, for example) going forward, but he had no idea of defending

Maybe it was because he signed a 3 year deal under uncle Ron and stayed to earn as much money as he could in the professional game as nobody else wanted him or would offer him similar terms. I would probably have done the same.

Gus Hurdle wasn't that bad, he just got shown up once or twice, or thrice
