Jay Tabb

I've just had a text about this..

:(

Don't do it Jay, Please don't join THEM.

I Don`t like Reading but hope Tabby goes there if the only other option is Scum. I was gutted when Andy Sinton went to Scum and could not feel the same affections after that. I love seeing Ex Bees do well but not at Scum as the ultimate dream is to see them sink into oblivion.

:imwith: Agree 100%.

 Phone the club would probably be the best bet.

playing tonight on sky hasn't really touched the ball.

bit out of his depth i think against the class of newcastle.

"Out of his depth" seems a bit harsh: I thought he had a decent game, battling well and looking for the opportunity to play team-mates in (though not managing the killer pass). However, there's no doubt that Newcastle looked a much better team.

Sometimes hard to recognise Tabb as his team-mate Gunnarsson looked very much like him, except a couple of inches taller

Jay Tabb

Thought he looked lively and even fouled someone off the ball!

It looked to me as though one of his main tasks last night was to protect the "non" full back playing right back due to injuries. This stopped him pushing forward as much as he likes. There isnt a team in the premiership that could make him look "out of his depth" :nono:but some are harder to play against than others. Still believe one more year at Coventry could see him make the next step up

Was told he 'won' the penalty that they scored from too!

Tabby knows his onions, booked for a foul on a Fulham player who is on loan to QPR. I love that man.

Well done Tabby.

Tabby has done well at Cov. Good move for him, keep it up :)

Jay Tabb

Just seen the goals, a couple of crackers. Looks like he's bulked up as well.

Jay Tabb

Here's hoping he can return to GP/Lionel Road before he hangs up his football boots for good..

Jay Tabb

Tabby would make an excellent scrum half. He must be Welsh.

Jay Tabb

The first goal was a superb header for a shorty, steamed into the area coming in late and very bravely met the ball at full tilt...class.

Jay Tabb

sounds like he's made friends amongst the local journos anyway :D
what does he have to do to get into the Ireland squad, dammit :(

from a recent Jay Tabb interview....(c) Daily Mail :sneakoff:

Jay is studying for his first piano exam
He started listening to Classic FM during driving to ease his temper
He went to see Ludovico Einaudi at the Barbican
In the Downes era, he would sometimes play rugby on Saturdays, when not in the squad for the Bees
At the age of 30, he wants to retire, join an Aussie club and spend his days surfing
He recently saw his first Shakespeare play, in Stratford-upon-Avon, where he now lives near.

Strikes me as he is turning into a Steve Coppell-intellingent cultered footballer bloke

Jay Tabb

He's gone all Graeme Le Saux. I suspect people will think that he'll be trying that gay soon as well.

Jay Tabb

is he still playing well

Jay Tabb

Converting my videos to DVD's at mo, just did the Swansea play off 2nd leg
Jay Tabb was Brentford during that period, incredible talent:sorted:

Do it Tabby, please - we will get the sell on

i knew he was sold for around the 100k/110k mark, but did we get a sell on clause in there?

i'm sure 'abee' will let us know!

It's up to Mr Tabb really, Coventry are going know where, where as the 'sh*te' are only looking at going to the premiershite, if he gets a good payday then that's his choice, it will upset a few Bees supporters but it's his career after all.................................................... DON'T DO IT !!!!

Jay Tabb

There isn't a sell on...

100% sure?

i'll wait for Mr CFO of BFC 'abee' enlighten us before we start thinking of MORE money to spend in January 2009 !!!!
