Jo Kuffour

Another relegation battle beckons then. :D

I reckon he's an adrenaline junkie and craves the excitement of promotion/relegation battles. If he can't get a promotion-hunting club to take him, he'll go for one likely to be fighting relegation - and for me, Rovers are in that category

Jo Kuffour

No wonder I cannot understand youlol

I try and talk to you as slowly and clearly as possible, because I realise your a bit simple but I can't ALWAYS be a mircale worker.

"mircale" Do I need say more?

Ps going to Lords Thursday?

Nah can't make it then. Is that when Surrey are playing there then? Probably won't go to Lords this season. Got tickets for the oval ODI and Test Match tho, are you going to be at either of those?

Jo Kuffour

No Essex Thursday (Londons other side) Slurry Monday On Holiday for the Lords test (Miss first preseason also)

Lords is the only place for Cricket in London !

Jo Kuffour

Lords is the only place for Cricket in London !

Then why is Lords the MCC test and The Oval the London one?

Anyway theres plenty of places for Cricket in London.

Many wonderful cricket clubs in London! and before you ask yes I do play in the Middlesex County League not the Surrey one.

Yes I know you play in the Middx League.

You may not be aware but it is only the last what 10 years ? that England toured it was always the MCC touring team representing England (and Wales)

Middx played very well tonight Kartick sp excellent spell of bowling 2 for 15 of 4 overs for a spinner in 20/20

Jo Kuffour

Looks like he is moving to Bristol Rovers for £60,000 after putting in a transfer request

Jo Kuffour

He's on good money at Bournemouth but I'm surprised Rovers are buying him - they are supposed to be skint.

Jo Kuffour

Met his cousin in a barber's shop a few months ago...he won't play for Ghana because he wants to play for England one day lol

(i.e. It's better to be not called up by England than Ghana)

They'll be even more skint when he manages to make them the fourth diiferent team he's been relegated with in four seasons.....

Jo'nah' Kuffour?

Jo Kuffour

..........................Joker Four.........................

Jo Kuffour

If he'd scored a few more goals, maybe they wouldn't have got relegated

If they hadn't got a 10 point deduction, they wouldn't have been relegated, so nothing to do with his lack of goals. More the clubs lack of financial management.:wave:

I disagree

They literally just missed out despite the deduction. How many more points do you think they would have had if he scored another 10 goals, 5 even? That's what he was bought for at the end of the day

So its all Kuffour fault. :rolleyes:he scores 12 in 39 starts a decent return for a player in a releagtion battle and the same number Sam Vokes got who got a lucrative transfer to wolves off the back of last season. Vokes actually didn't get a goal in the first 20 games of last season.
Plus experienced forward Lee Bradbury got 3 in 34 starts.

If you are solely blaming goalscoring then Kuffour was not the one to blame imho.

Defenders also cost points too BTW

Don't try and twist my post, answer the question

If i put these  on all the time do you think it will make me right all the time?:wave:

Its a ridiculous question. Boulding scored loads for Mansfield last season and they still went down, should he have scored another 5 or 10?
Its a team game and everyone can assist in getting more goals or conceding less. Do you know if Kuffour got brilliant service every week to score these additional goals you obviously consider he should have got. Seems strange that two other forwards couldn't better his tally either. Why not deal with facts rather than "what ifs". :sorted:

The facts are that Bournemouth went down because they lost 10 points.

The players did enough to get sufficient wins and points the club however didn't do enough to stave off another administration.

Really? Leeds didn't do too bad considering a 15 point deduction then

Anyway :backtotopic:

My point is that he thinks abit much of himself IMO. If you read from above he still harbours dreams of an England call-up

For someone that can't hit more than 15 goals in League1 i think he's kidding himself

And maybe if he had of hit 25 goals at least, the Muff, and other sides he's played for may have stayed up

I don't wish to discuss Boulding, Vokes, Minnie, or Mickey Mouse. I'm also not blaming Kuffour for the Muff's present troubles, the price of Oil, or Third World debt :sorted:

Jo Kuffour

I liked Kuffour as a player but he has shown no signs of Loyalty to any of his clubs :nono:

Jo Kuffour

Looks like jo is off to Bristol Rovers then Bournmouth have agreed a fee for him.

Jo Kuffour

cannot wait for Rovers to go down then lol

Jo Kuffour

See he scored a last minute winner for Brizzle on Saturday. One of my fave players in a pretty average team, it would have been good to see him in a better side. Bags of skill.

Be good to see him again on Saturday ..... losing of course :sorted:

Jo Kuffour

I always like to see good players. I'm a football supporter.

He'll get a great reception from the Brizzle fans.

Jo Kuffour

How interesting.

Anyway, Jo Kuffour - that goal against Bradford. Can you imagine the press he would have got higher up the league. Fine player, inconsistent, too often hid. Reminded me very much of Richard Cadette - another favourite of mine.

Don't "hate" any footballers... (or anyone - its an emotion that allows others to live in your head rent free :) )

Not even Cureton :(

so what's wrong, Les was saying he was looking forward to seeing an old player that he really liked in a real troubled season, who know longer plays for us:confused:? I bet you liked seeing Rhodes on Saturdaylol;)

So don't comment. :moreshrugsthanthemanyshrugsofmarkybee:

That goal was on an early day in September that season. From memry, we didnt win again until the end of December v Chesterfield:(

Was a good player but once they leave that's it, surely?

:imwith: That Jay Tabb - what a ****. Michael Turner - useless ******. :letsdomoreshrugs:

I wouldn't call Jay Tabb anything four lettered and Michael Turner always was good and has gone on to be outstanding and has made the Club a nice few quid too.

No shrugs on this.
