Mills was purchased by Spurs from Swindon for £750k at a similar age, he played in our pre season and signing on loan was sent back, joined Gillingham and was crap. Where is he now?

Bostock I hope is a different story but the price someone cost isn't always an indication of how good they are.

If he is not likely to play tomorrow he may well not sign today - especially if it's only for a month?

On the other hand, if it's for a longer term we might want to ensure he's on our books before any other clubs can intervene.
