Can't believe that, after his 'performance' on Saturday, when he found it difficult to break down the Bees defence, that Celtic have tabled a bid of £7M.

With this cah sloshing around, what chances of Coventry actually signing Rowlands as was often rumoured last season?

As much as I think Rowlands is superb, I think he is the one decent player we could let go without affecting our team too much.

Come on Cov you know it makes sense, slap a bid in for £1m and we can sign Price for a couple of years and give Lloyd, Gav & Evo a 3 year contact each with a decent amount of £££. And we are sorted!

I don't think so as any transfer income will have to be off set against current continued losses. Rowlands salary wouldn't pay for Price, and increases to Evo, Gav & Lloyd, would it?

agree with you lewis, also think Saturday was due to the Bhoys interest in him. Will be interested to see how he is received after his comments about Rangers when due to sign for them...
