A very underated manager, I am surprised one of the bigger Championship or lower PL clubs hasn't come in for him, you never even hear his name mentioned when a vacancy pops up.

He solved the conundrum by finding two players who worked really well together. The Kane-Keogh partnership looked fantastic - they seemed to instinctively know where the other was. If those two are up front for Millwall next season then that should be 30+ goals guaranteed (they scored 17 between them since February). Kane looked much more mature and confident in three months and has plenty of talent. I can see him at Reading (or that ilk) next season though.
Bringing Maik Taylor in was a good move as well.
Wright has gelled well with Abdou and has got a fearsome shot on him. He scored a cracker at Burnley (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nW4natV7EZc) and nearly repeated the trick against Ipswich the other week.
If we were in a situation where we needed a new manager and Jackett was available I'd be happy to see him at GP. Think he's an excellent manager at this level and has proven at the level above he can work with a relatively small budget.

Agreed - he is an excellent manager who doesn't always get the praise he deserves. A thoroughly decent bloke too.

It helps he's backed by a chairman who isn't trigger happy. Despite Millwall in a relegation battle he kept his nerve and was rewarded.

I think David Moyes said "If you can succeed at Millwall you can succeed anywhere" and Jackett has done very well.

He is a very good manager. I don't think he did a bad job either at Swansea, but he's been overshadowed there by their subsequent successes.
Millwall are one of the smaller clubs in the Championship and they can only keep their position their by having a manager with a very good eye for talent.
I think for all the comic quotes he makes, Ian Holloway is another with a very good eye for a footballer.
One other thing: Brendan Rogers to Tottenham? Don't do it, Spurs!
