Keith Andrews.

Is he really good enough to be an International player?

Saw him for the MK Donkeys a few seasons ago and he was a decent League 2 player but good enough to play for his country ???:confused:

I always rated him and still do. I remember being annoyed when I read MA had got him from Wolves and wish we'd siggned him the year before. I think he was probably one of MA's best signings* ever and is a legend at MK. (*DJ, Sam and Michael Turner may well contest that). whether he's still good enough for his country is debatable but think the Oirish are an ageing side on the slide.

Would like us to sign him, probably get a deal at a decent Championshipclub at least having been released from WBA.

He would have been a vital cog in that side that lacked a real CM, Andrews or Newman, you decide!:(
MA reckons his greatest signing was Michael Turner by the way, I thought he'd say Andrews but MT it was.

The RTE panel constantly hammer the Andrews/Whelan pairing, but they also say that they could play way better if they were just let off the leash by Trap. They're set up just like England, except without the counter attacking.

Andrews isnt a bad player as an attacking midfielder, certainly mid to lower PL quality or top 6 championship.
