Experience with watford and brighton.
can´t find anything else about him though.

He can play for the firsts, if selected...just means he can leave the club at any point without notice. Probably also means he's paid as he plays.

His Dad, Gary, is manager of Latvia. He also used to be manager at Cambridge. I would guess the link is David Theobald.
