Len Bond did get carried off, for Exeter, at Griffin Park. I don't think he broke his leg v's Brentford.

Met a chap on holiday out here in Maderia and he used to play squash with Len Bond. He said when he played he'd have a bin liner thing on so as to sweat loads and get his weight down !
