Got sent off this week, and has received the backing of the boss..

It appears he received a 2nd yellow card for entering the field of play without permission. It appears it could have been misjudged by Lewis and the physio maybe. Referee puts his arm up for what apparently was an indirect free kick, and Lewis has mistaken that as an approval to come back on.
I think as the game hadn't re-started (as it seems), the referee could have used common sense and asked him to leave again and wait to be called on. But instead, the referee has decided a sending off is justice for a mistake.

That's the sort of prattish officials we have in the lower leagues, I'm afraid. Also some in the higher divisions!

Seems to be in a bit of a malaise about his future. Looked set to join Boreham Wood, but since he is under 24, that would have invoked a fee. Has been training with Staines, but would be welcome back at Hampton.
