1. We always take lots to Orient, its only 30 odd stops down the Central Line

2. What is the point in having a customer charter if they dont use it

3. Why not have options for away reg and STs for a few days first?

4. Who is making these crass decisions and ignoring what was put in place following various ticket fiascos

5. Why do BFC go out of their way to making a pigs ear of these simple issues, why do they never learn from their mistakes and instead go out of their way to antagonise their customers and create potential problems when there is no need to:confused:

Completely agree they should be following the charter but no-one complained that they didn't do it for Northampton or Swindon.

I don't see any reason why we won't sell this out but I assumed we'd sell out Colchester and Southend away last year, and Brighton this

Perhaps the club have looked at our away followings for the last 2-3 years there is nothing to suggest we will take 1,400 so why make life harder :fishing:

Because Season Ticket holders deserve the right to have first dibs. I'm not one of them this season and expect to be further back in the queue - not right at the front.

Northampton was midweek, caters for 850 and there was also an overflow on the right should it have been needed.
Swindon`s away capacity was not gonna be threatened for a coca-cola 1st round game.

Col Utd was sold out if i remember, whatever it was 1300 odd.
(Southend following was big and should have been all-ticket just in case IMHO.)

Your last point is probably the attitude which caused Southampton gate :nono:

But when they have had first dibs for other all-ticket or ticket preferred games in the last few years we haven't sold out  Which leaves a mad rush at the end

Listen, I'm not trying to say the club are right here but I just think there could have been logic behind this decision based on what has gone before.

Well you can't blame me for that one.

I can completely understand why people are upset about this and TBH I am staggered that the club have done this, when it has the opportunity to protect itself with the charter, I was just pointing out a few reasons why the decision might have been reached.

As you and markbfc have rightly taken them to pieces I will retire and joing in the berating  ;)

That's not the point, it's the principal! Look after your core customers and they will keep coming back.

The key is to make the days shorter in which it's ST holders only and to chase the away club to hand over the tickets ASAP so there is a longer period to sell.

Leyton Orient

We'll have to agree to disagree on that but I do remember it not being

Well if wasn't then why were we all standing on each others heads. There was no room at all it was like watching a staright jacket.

Leyton Orient

It seems to have "dropped off" the official site suddenly. Weird huh? ;)

Leyton Orient

If the game doesn't sell out the club will have been proved right. If it does and any season ticket holder, member or Bees United member misses out, then someone at the club needs to be sacked. Why are they taking the risk? The match is over a month away and it wouldn't be difficult to provide a window for priority customers, would it?

Leyton Orient

It never was on the main official news site, but in the tickets section.

I know. It has disappeared from there suddenly. Everything else is still the same. Perhaps we will be told that we dreamt it...:)

It's two weeks this Saturday. What is the point in having a customer charter if you are going to ignore it?

They could have sold on Saturday last to just ST holders and therefore followed the charter.

Leyton Orient

Well I shall get mine tomorrow, glad the alleged 450 tickets didn't materialise.

Leyton Orient

just bought one for orient + one for millwall

i can't see any excuses for both these not selling out....right?

Leyton Orient

got a few for Orient but going to pay on the gate at millwall

Leyton Orient

Given my allocation to two proper loyal bees as Orient is the exact due date for Griffin

Leyton Orient

I'm looking forward to Orient.

Brisbane Road's actually easier to get to than GP for me and after  can pop round my old Mum's in Wapping for some dinner.

Life doesn't get any better.

Nocoat, the first is always late get your tickets back

Leyton Orient

Indeed - and it's close enough to require only a 4-5hr window. If he's born early in the morning or later that night you'll feel silly for having missed this one.

Nocoat, the first is always late get your tickets back

Leyton Orient

lol Cheers Chaps :sorted: But I value my piece and may need it for further Griffin's, so I had better stick to the original plan.

Leyton Orient

Leyton Orient

No no, I definitely meant Piece  ;)

Leyton Orient

Anyone got any idea how many tickets remain for this? Iv been in American for the last 2 and half months, and come back on the 7th, so am hoping my mates got my ticket. However, if he hasnt any chance of me getting one still through the club?

Leyton Orient
