WHAT!! So this shows how many likes one has dished out but not received? it this true. if so how can I have seen stats such as "Liked 3 times in 2 post..." ??? We need to be told here.

I just tested and liked pixelators post and his said liked 16 times in 12 posts and now says 17 times so that is pretty conclusive to me. people on this thread are being thick. or i am.

I think some people don't know whether the Liked xx times in yy posts means that a person (say Joe) has clicked 'Like' xx times or that other people have in total clicked xx times to indicate that they liked Joe's posts.

On the other hand, they might be talking about having done a doughnut in Granny's greenhouse for all I know.

However, if no one likes a post then this does not count towards this statistic. So you may have posted 5000 times and received 583 likes but the statistic only relates the posts which have been liked (279 posts).

Makes sense to me. I will change the text to 583 likes for 279 of your posts but nobody could give a toss about the other 25,000.

I thought 54 likes in 35 posts was good but then I have 207 posts (soon to be 208) without any likes. Lets just keep the whole thing quiet. Quick close thread!!!!!

I have heard rumours that there is a limit to the number of times you can like posts in a day. If you get to the limit then you know your life is definitely sad.

A user can like 20 times in a day and cannot like a post over 20 days old. That can be changed up or down but would probably only impact Billy Hunt.

I think the gpg needs some troubleshooting, two things I have picked up on are:
- Some people's like buttons don't work. E.g. one individual is always on here posting but has only liked 2 things
- And I can't like my own posts

There is a setting that can be changed so that you can like your own posts. I set it to No because I couldn't believe that people would have so little class. :(

Ok, I now see that it is is better to like than to be liked. I'm going on a "liking" spree to improve my public image, starting with my new bestest friend Nocoat, followed by the wisdom imparted by Nada Bee, then who knows where?

Roughly about 8 posts every day...at first glance the 30,700 ish posts looked amazing. Still pretty good going though Les! :)

Seriously you should definitely think about investing in a separate username and account like I did, you can send your likes through the roof.
