Loaned players

Seems to have filled out a bit, looks a lot stronger and taller and is bloody well fast.
I would put him out on loan to get a load of experience as I am starting to see something in there afterall!!!

After a barren spell at leyton orient will we see lorry back next year?

Folan is looking fitter and slimmer but was definately struggling after a while. we should send him to scandinavia or wherever it is they play in the summer to get fit for next term!

if you're referring to Julian Charles, I think his first "touch" when one on one with the keeper last night re-confirmed all what I've previously felt about him I'm afraid !

Yes I am refering to julian charles, I unfortunately changed the title when I included folan and lorry from "julian charles" to "Loan player"
His first touch was fine, it was the complete lack of 2nd touch which let him down, he should have shot but just chased it in a comical fashion!!
I just think he looks a real handful and there must be potential there!

Is the borough in such a bad state, that we cannot find a right back better than Jay Lovett? I have never seen an un-football suited like player in my life. If Swindons Danny Invincible had been half decent, they would have ripped the arse off us down Lovetts flank.

don't forget we're without two of our central defenders at the moment so things are bound to be up in the air. BUT, you weren't at Wigan to see Lovatt play were you !

Your correct on 2 counts - I was not at Wigan & he did have a good first half. But he was a pile of crap against Northampton the week before & crap in the 2nd half yesterday. Unfortunately the odd good game is not enough. I am sore enough as I live in bloody Swindon and taking too much stick from these sheep shaggers as it is. I'M HOMESICK AND LOVETTS GETTIN IT!!!!

Eagerness isn't enough, unfortunately. Mark McCammon is (relatively) eager, and still plays like a knackered record. From what I've seen of Julian Charles, the sooner we shunt him off to an unsuspecting non-league outfit, the better.

Firstly I stand corrected over Northampton as I should have put Wrexham. The error was made as Swindon played Northampton at the weekend and as I live here and follow football, would know that. My mistake. One thousand humble appologies.
However the rest of it was unnessary. Prior to living here for the last 2 years, I was born and bred for 26 years in Hounslow, so get off my back. I may have registered for the first time yesterday, but I daily visit the homepage. My main reason for going one step further was due to the article in Tuesday program outlining how we can make the site more successful. Working for the leading chip making in the e-Biz world, I understand how important that is. Finally, at least I am still prepared to make the hour journey to see every home game, and some away. I believe I'm entitled to a view. If you're still having a problem with that then tough luck.
