Lastly, could you apologise for slagging me off when I have gone to a lot of time and effort to do my absolute best to get it back to its rightful owner? This includes promptly responding to messages and chancers.

The owner of the flag will be given a full explanation on why its taken so long. It is an unusual story, with hopefully a happy ending.

Unbelievable, isn’t it! I’m not a flag owner (no euphemism), but I do appreciate what you are trying to do, and why. I’d just stick to PMs now that you’ve made the announcement. Thanks for your efforts. ?

Have you lost a pair of underpants? They're not quite in excellent condition. If they're yours, you'd have been grieving for it for a very long time.

To reclaim it, you'll need to answer the following:

Roughly, what year do you think you lost them in? Which game might you have been at when you last had them with you? Where do you think you were when you last saw them? Can you describe the underpants? Best of all, do you happen to have a photograph of the underpants?

I am keen to return them to their rightful owner. If they're yours, when you get in touch, all will be explained how and why I have only come across it now.

Ah, they could be the lucky underpants I used to wear to 6 x Brentford finals and which I fortunately mislaid in the toilets prior to the Wembley final in 2021. Please be so kind as to put them in a jiffy bag and send them to Craven Cottage, Stevenage Road London SW6 6HH

Flag update: The person I thought that it might belong to has responded with a "I wish it was mine, but sadly not. Thanks for your efforts."

Now, encouraged by me the ST holder will register for GPG and takeover the monitoring of this page.

From here on in, all future publicity and the handover of the flag will be handled by the ST holder who has no interest in hanging on to the unique flag.

I have done all I can to help (crucial word) to get the flag back to its rightful owner.

Just because i lost my flag at wembley back in 1985 don't mean the flag in question isn't my flag , for all i know it could be my flag some light fingered git has stored away for almost 40yrs , i demand to see a picture :unsure:

I brought a girl called Dido to a match and she had a flag - it was white with up the Bees written on it in letters 6 and 3/8 inches .
The writing was in white paint.
Do you think it maybe could be this one as I can’t recall what happened to it.

I've been meaning to write to you but I've just been busy. Don't think I die this intentional just to Diss you.

You said your flag was in white paint, how much did that cost you?

Please Stan try to understand the Bees do want you as a fan, but some of this madness wouldn't please our corporate partners.

I think you and Dido need to treat each other better.I hope you get to read this post, I just hope it reaches you in time.

The other week I read a post about a missing flag that said up the Bees that went missing. Oh wait a minute it was you. Damn.
