Loyalty Reward Points

Thought there was a thread for this, but the only one close to it I could find was the one for Ticket loyalty points, and it was closed.

This one is for the points you can get from the club shop.

I bought some stuff online today and missed out on 800 pts because I registered as a guest.

It turns out that I already have an account with the shop, but I don't know my number, and it isn't my membership number.

Does anyone know what there number is?

Contact the club shop direct - I'm sure they can allocate the points to you if you point out what has happened.

Had the same problem today.
Rang shop and they added points to order.
Turned out that the season card is the loyalty card.
Complained that it should be made clearer at the "check out" page.Will be reported to Marketing!

I think it's the number on the back of the ST Card. The one above the barcode.

When you are in the shop and they scan the card they ask you if you want to use your points. Not sure about online.

I spent £80 I would’ve got 800 points.

No, just a membership card.

It has my fan number, and as was mentioned earlier, like a season card it has another number above the barcode.
Maybe that is the number they are after.

I’ve told you above it’s the number above your barcode on the card.

I spent £150 in the shop on Saturday. I was awarded 1500 points which equates to £15.00 which I can use against my next purchase. In other words if you are a season ticket holder you get 10% discount. I am not sure how much you get if you have a loyalty card.

You said for Season Cards.

I presume that is the same for Membership cards.
