Is he or isnt he off to Q.P.R, i think he is most likely to leave come end of season as he has a bit of the ijah disease now and thinks he is too big for the club.

...Agree 101%Bee H said:Martin's got the remainder of the season to get himself a lucratvie move in the Summer so I'm hoping we'll see the very best of a very, very good player - for our sake as well as his own !
Womble said:I want you homerbees to send a post about Martin Rowlands after he's played six or seven games, then tell me he thinks he's bigger than the club. Until then don't put stupid comments on this site.
Greenholme Bee said:Bloody Hell Womble, thats a bit of a 'debut' post?
homerbees said:its all about oppinions, he will leave at the end cause he dont wanna stay he wants to go on to bigger so he feels he is too good for the club.he is gonna leave and couldnt be bothered to turn up for physio pherapy to try and heel the problem.
Womble said:I can't believe you are also listening to those stupid rumours that he can't be bothered. I suppose you don't know that to speed up recovery he had to pay out of his own pocket to get treatment. He wants to give his all for the bees. Just support him while he's a bee.

flowerpower bee said:but where was martin today?
apparently he was excellent at plymouth and came through the game unscathed.
i would have thought he'd have at least made the bench at wycombe
it's all something of a mystery
and rather worrying because with fullarton about to serve a three match suspension martin's going to be important for us in the run up to christmas
Bastard-Bitch Noades!Ninna said:Football is his life and He will not be at Brentford FC next year because they will not be offering him a contract just like they did not offer a contract to Lloyd, Evo, Danny Boxhall, Ivar and so he will have no choice as to whether he stays a Bee or Not that decision has already been made by Mr Noades
Mark H said:Rowlands has been used by the club
Banana said:eh? "used" is a synonym for "employed". So yes he is/was used and will be until his contract of employed terminates. Hardly libelous...or anywhere near. It's actually FACT.
Banana said:It seems pretty clear to me! "He was used by the club" - are you the club's solicitor and expert in libel now?
markbfc said:That statement borders on the libelous. Not one Brentford player has ever been asked to take injections in order to play. It is entirely down to the individual concerned.
Sweepy said:I heard of one player who has taken pain killing injections in the past. Granted, he may not have been forced to, but he felt like he had to.
abee said:So what. Most supporters have to take them so why not the players.![]()
Loud and Proud said:Even if he comes after an hour that is better than playing in less competive games in the stiffs.
Loud and Proud said:Played full game for reseves 4-1 win v gillingham today. Scored a thirty yard lob and set up another.
I would def start him on saturday if fit...which he now surely is. Even if he comes after an hour that is better than playing in less competive games in the stiffs.
Mr Cynical said:If it means that much to him to play for Brentford then he's definitely got to start!!!
Agreed, with Jay Smith giving way...West Ealing Bee said:Got to be worth a go on Saturday.
Si Bee said:Agreed, with Jay Smith giving way...
West Ealing Bee said:Yeah, the rest of the midfield picks itself.
8 Bee said:Not sure I agree on this. I was very impressed with Jay Smith's performance against Wigan. He tackled well, held the centre ground and his distribution was good. Rowlands is a potential match winner but also a bit of a loose cannon. He needs stability alongside him - perhaps Jay Smith can provide this better than Fullerton or Evans.
